We were fortunate and blessed to have Keith Willard and his staff as our wedding planner. He is very professional, patient and personable. We had grandiose dreams and expectations but a limited budget. Not only was Keith honest about fulfilling our dreams on our budget, but he also connected us with vendors who exceeded our vision. Keith is wonderful. It is hard to find someone who not only does their job well but also goes above and beyond, but that is Keith. He is a wedding expert who brings an incredible amount of professionalism and enthusiasm for his job. We first heard of Keith because he came highly recommended by our venue. We hired him as a day-of coordinator who would be available for a little advice along the way because we had already secured our venue and entertainment, and he was also offering the most services for the most reasonable price. Even still, he provided us valuable consulting and vendor recommendations throughout the rest of the planning process and even attended a number of meetings with our vendors, which we had not expected. He was very responsive and had helpful insight on every question we asked. This helped take a lot of the pressure off of us and streamline everything. On the day of, he and his assistant worked so hard to coordinate everyone (venue, vendors, bridal party/groomsmen, and family alike) and ensure everything went smoothly, and even arrived with a wedding emergency kit (this man can sew on zippers and pretty much do anything).
